Chef/Owner Jake Brown makes everything from scratch; the salsas, spice rubs, meats and even hand presses each 100% corn tortilla to order ensuring that everything is of the highest quality.
In an effort to support our local farms and showcase the delicious, seasonal ingredients the Pacific Northwest has to offer, we regularly create unique specials featuring those ingredients. El Gallo daily specials are always listed on our facebook page.
